Why NSI Electronic takes producer responsibility seriously
At NSI Electronic, we strive every day to deliver the best solutions to our customers. However, we are also keenly aware of the responsibility that comes with releasing products and packaging into the wider market. Sustainability and environmental responsibility are not just empty words; they are an integral part of our business. We have therefore chosen to fulfill our producer responsibility in collaboration with strong, non-profit collective schemes: Emballageretur, Elretur, and Batteriretur.
Emballageretur: Responsible packaging management
Packaging is an inherent part of handling and shipping goods. Through our membership in Emballageretur, we comply with applicable Danish legislation. We take an active share of responsibility for the entire lifecycle of our packaging and support increased and improved waste recycling.
Elretur: Reuse and recycling of electronics
Electronic equipment contains valuable resources but also substances that require proper handling. Through our membership in Elretur, we ensure that all end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment is collected and processed in accordance with current legislation. This is our way of contributing to the circular economy, enabling more electronic waste to be reused and recycled.
Batteriretur: Safe handling of spent batteries
Batteries must never end up in the regular trash. By participating in Batteriretur, we ensure that spent batteries are handled in an environmentally sound manner. This supports increased collection and recycling, allowing us to better protect the environment together.
Green choices start with us
For us, these memberships are a natural part of running a responsible business. We want to make it easy and clear for our customers to choose a supplier that takes the climate and recycling seriously.
